To stay current on our reading thru the Bible in a year, we should be thru Leviticus 5 and Matthew 24 by the end of the day! :-)
On our home front, Joyce has been feeling better the past couple of days - the immediate bad effects of her chemo last Thursday are nearly gone and now we're hoping for some good effects - like a lessening of her pain and a little more energy. Thanks again to all who have been holding us up in prayer and encouragement - we are blessed beyond words.
Churchwise - about 90 of our men are heading up to the mountains for our annual Men's Retreat this weekend. Pastor Richard will be doing the main teaching so please keep him and all the guys in prayer.
This Sunday, Terry and Nancy Clark will be leading us in worship and I'll be teaching out of Luke 10:38-42
